General Orders -11/22/04
By orders of Oblt Krause here are the rules applying to all members of I/.JG51 :
Every member of I/.JG51 need to fly training sessions to maintain a minimum level of skill, at least :
active pilots : 1 time a month
reserve pilots : 1 time / 3 months.
In this purpose, training sessions are now scheduled every sunday in the JG51 war room from 21:00 Gmt to 04:00 Gmt to give everyone the possibility to join.
As some of the reserve pilots are not really comfortable to fight vs others pilots online, these sessions are organised as squadron fights vs AI, most of the time.
Active pilots will do their best to help and advice people not often flying and recruits.
Only active pilots are allowed to participate in wars.
A reserve pilot will go active if he trains on a regular basis uppon the Kommandeur decision.
An active pilot unable to join training sessions once a month will be placed on reserve.
A reserve pilot unable to join training sessions once in 3 months will lost his I/.JG51 membership but will have the posibility to re-apply.
